I’ve never had a real time MPG counter, but I know it reading 0 when nothing is happening/at idle would bug me

well if you’re idling you’re going to be travelling 0 miles so you would be getting 0 mpg as it’s consuming fuel

shouldn’t it be +666 miles if you’re past the service interval?

I guess it’s on a counter of service due in +x miles and the miles count down to 0 then goes into the minus when past it but seeing as it doesn’t show you the + mileage due then yeah I don’t see the need for the -
